Brad Brooks is the chief executive officer and president of OneLogin. Brooks brings more than 25 years of experience leading global technology companies on a path towards success. In his most recent role before joining OneLogin, Brooks served as DocuSign’s chief marketing officer, where he helped the company grow to more than 200 million users across more than 150 countries. Prior to DocuSign, Brooks served in various leadership roles with Juniper Networks ultimately becoming Juniper’s chief marketing officer. Before that, he led the Microsoft Windows brand and consumer business as corporate vice president. A tech industry visionary with a proven ability to energize partners and teams towards meeting and exceeding business objectives, Brooks has a strong track record of results across multiple functional areas of business.

Dayna Rothman is an accomplished marketing executive who focuses on building and scaling marketing organizations at high growth technology companies. Most recently, Dayna was VP of Marketing for D2iQ (FKA Mesosphere), where she built and scaled the global marketing team, grew marketing contribution to revenue by 78%, and helped lead the company through a major rebrand. Prior to D2iQ, Dayna held leadership roles at Marketo, EverString, BrightFunnel (acquired by Terminus), and SaaStr. Dayna is the author of Lead Generation for Dummies and has taught several top marketing courses for LinkedIn Learning, her courses totaling over 200,000 views. Dayna has received several marketing honors such as The Top 25 Women in Revenue, Top 20 B2B Startup Marketers to Watch in 2019, Top 40 Marketing Strategists of 2014, and an Expy Content Award nomination. Dayna also serves on the advisory board at Sendoso and is a top speaker and lecturer on marketing strategy. Dayna has a BA in English from Southern Connecticut State University and an MBA from Golden Gate University.

Bernard is the Chief Financial Officer of OneLogin, where he is responsible for all aspects of financial management and G&A operations. Prior to joining OneLogin, he served as the CFO of Recommind, which was sold to OpenText and provides predictive analytics used for eDiscovery, contract analysis and enterprise knowledge management. He has also served as CFO of MuleSoft, Inc., which provides the integration platform for connecting SaaS and enterprise applications in the cloud and on-premise. Bernard brings nearly 20 years of experience, including tenure at J.P. Morgan and Stifel Nicolaus, covering investment banking, advisory services, corporate strategy and venture capital, to a wide range of fast-growth private companies in multiple sectors. He is a CFA charterholder, holding a BS in Finance from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Kevin serves as Chief Revenue Office at OneLogin where he is responsible for all customer-facing personnel including sales, systems engineering, customer success and support. He brings over 25 years of global experience leading sales and service organizations in growth companies. Most recently, Kevin was at SaaS provider D2L, Inc., where he grew company revenues in excess of $100M annually. Previously he led worldwide sales and services at BlueCoat Systems, where company revenues grew 3X to over $460M, and Serena Software, where he helped lead its successful acquisition by HGGC. Kevin began his career at IBM where he served in a number of executive roles building enterprise-leading software sales teams.

Rick is the Chief Operating Officer at OneLogin and responsible for Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Support, Pricing, and GTM Operations. Prior to OneLogin, Rick held executive roles at Snowflake, Docusign, Juniper Networks and Sun Microsystems. Rick earned his BA from Brown University and an MBA from Case Western University.
