Terry Spencer is president and chief executive officer of ONEOK and ONEOK Partners, responsible for the organizations’ operations and support functions, including corporate planning and development, human resources, information technology, corporate services, and investor relations and public affairs. He is a member of the ONEOK Partners board of directors. Spencer joined ONEOK in 2001 as director, project development, for natural gas gathering and processing. Later, he served as vice president of natural gas supply and project development in the natural gas gathering and processing segment. In 2005, Spencer became senior vice president of ONEOK’s natural gas liquids business following the asset acquisition from Koch. He became president of natural gas liquids in 2006. From 2007 to 2009, he was executive vice president of ONEOK, with responsibilities for ONEOK Partners’ natural gas liquids gathering and fractionation, and pipeline segments, as well as ONEOK’s energy services segment. He most recently served as chief operating officer of ONEOK Partners and was responsible for the partnership’s three operating segments – natural gas gathering and processing, natural gas pipelines and natural gas liquids. Prior to joining ONEOK, Spencer held positions of increasing responsibility in the natural gas gathering and processing industry with Continental Natural Gas, Inc., in Tulsa; Stellar Gas Company in Houston; and Texas Oil and Gas Corporation’s Delhi Gas Pipeline subsidiary in Dallas. He is a member of the Gas Processors Association board of directors. Spencer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering in 1981 from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.

I have over 30 years of experience as a commercial software professional. As the technical co-founder of Wai, LLC I created a horizontally scalable cloud based server using Java 8, jOOQ, Grizzly, JAX-RS, Redis, Spring, Kryo, and PostgreSQL while managing mobile client engineers. I love to code and to lead high performing teams.

During my 12 years at Tripwire I created their flagship product Tripwire Enterprise which generated over 80M in revenue, introduced agile methodologies, started a UX practice to bring more design to products, was a key player in company strategy and product road maps, worked on M&A opportunities, formed a sophisticated performance testing team, received various board recognition and sales impact awards, brought in training for our development team, worked with high profile customers, and served on the executive staff.

I prefer to get things done quickly and run experiments that prove customer value. I believe that R&D and Product must have a very close relationship with the Sales organization and our customers. I am customer and sales focused and favor value over technology for technologies sake.

Kevin Burdick is vice president of natural gas gathering and processing of ONEOK. Previously, he was vice president and chief information officer, responsible for all information technology functions across ONEOK, including hardware, software and communications infrastructure necessary to support the business segments. Burdick joined ONEOK in 2007 as manager of information technology design integration. Prior to that, he held information technology positions of increasing responsibility at CITGO Petroleum in Tulsa. He is a member of LIFE Senior Services Board of Directors and is on the Global Outreach Leadership Team for Asbury United Methodist Church in Tulsa. He is a past cabinet member of the Tulsa Area United Way and also participates in various Habitat for Humanity events. A native of Pryor, Oklahoma, Burdick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics in 1988 from the University of Oklahoma in Norman and a Master of Business Administration degree in 1995 from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater.

Mary Spears is a VP/Chief Acctg Officer at ONEOK and is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She has worked as Auditor- Staff and Senior at Deloitte, Director:SEC Reporting at ONEOK, and Accounting Supervisor at Latham & Watkins. Mary works or has worked as MEMBER at Accounting and Financial Womens Alliance, MEMBER at Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, and MEMBER at AICPA. She studied at Oral Roberts University between 1997 and 2000 and Gamma Beta Phi Society.
