Essential Functions and Responsibilities

* Responsibilities may include Department of Transportation (DOT) covered functions, including operations, maintenance, or emergency response on a pipeline. Job duties also require the employee to be alert and respond immediately to dangerous or hazardous conditions, and where impaired performance, or failure to follow safety precautions, could result in serious injury or property damage.

The Project Manager reports to Field Engineering Manager and will work from Enterprise's Houston downtown office. The Project Manager provides project management and technical support for the operation and construction of Enterprise's pipelines and terminal facilities. The Project Manager ensures that facility upgrades and changes are designed and constructed in accordance with the Company's Engineering Guidelines and Specifications, Industry Codes & Standards, and Regulatory Agency requirements while also meeting functionality and performance requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Manages multiple projects at different project locations. Projects are typically less than $10MM.
* Coordinates and manages capital projects in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
* Develops front-end project scopes, execution plans, estimates, and schedules to be used for project go/no-go decisions and submit project for approval.
* Manages project scope and monitor project costs and schedule to ensure that the project meets the approved budget and schedule in accordance with specified objectives.
* Effectively applies project management best practices and enforces project standards.
* Analyzes and manages project risks minimizing financial and schedule exposure.
* Ensures project documents and drawings are complete, current, and archived per company procedures and policies.

* Creates and executes project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and engineering requirements associated with plant, facilities and pipeline projects.
* Coordinates project activities for in-house and external resources; assigns tasks and provides guidance to personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of the project.
* Reviews the work of consultant(s) to ensure that Enterprise Products' standards and contractual requirements are being met.
* Ensures compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM) and DOT regulations.

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required. Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
* 5 years' experience in the oil, gas, or chemical industries is required.

* Experience with ASME and API standards, PSM, DOT regulations, pipeline maintenance and construction and storage is preferred.

We are currently looking for an Environmental Specialist II/III for our Houston,TX office.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Boardwalk seeks an experienced Environmental Specialist to join a multi-disciplinary project team within the Engineering and Construction Group in our Corporate Offices in Houston, Texas. This position will be responsible for supporting, from planning to restoration, various engineering and construction projects, as well as operations projects. Work will include a variety of smaller operational type permitting projects, to larger multi-state FERC 7(c) efforts that are both capital and expense related. Jobs duties will include overseeing the acquisition of relevant permits/clearances and overseeing various consultants' work to secure such permits/clearances. Thorough knowledge of all applicable rules and regulations and attention to detail while managing multiple projects in variety of different locations is required. This position will be a part of a team that works from project estimation through construction/restoration and permit close-out. The candidate will track, report, and be responsible for project budgets and timelines and inform the Project Team of variations impacting a project's execution. Additionally, this position will ensure compliance with permit conditions, FERC and other agency regulatory requirements and/or conditions, and construction compliance.
This position will report to the Supervisor of Environmental Permitting and will have direct visibility to various Boardwalk disciplinary teams. The position will provide assistance in the selection and direction of various environmental contractors/consultants, review and approve their work, interact with various regulatory agencies, and prepare and submit a variety of documents and reports. The position requires excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to oversee and manage many projects concurrently. Excellent communications skills are required.
The majority of work will be within the Corporate Office in Houston; however, travel may be required to field locations for projects, agency meetings, and trainings and presentations to the various Boardwalk functional groups across the states that Boardwalk operates.
