Pros of working at OnePoint Patient Care

No longer drug testing, no one wants to work there.

Cons of working at OnePoint Patient Care

Dealing with administration that treats this company like a high school clique, and not an actual organization. They do not value the employees. They will squeeze the life out of you, for little to no pay.

Instead of pizza, they at least get food trucks time to time.

Get rid of all of leadership and get people in who actually know how to run a business and manage people and pay properly.

Low. They will low ball you, bad. They do not care what you bring to the team, they will work your strengths and expect more for very little. You have everything they want and more? Great, you will get 20%-30% less that what you deserve. Raises? Better not expect those. Inventives? There are none. Bonuses? You like donuts and food trucks?
