How you'll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: -The Registered Nurse Quality Analyst assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. May provide patient care when necessary. -Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. -Assists the director in managing staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements. -Assists the director by making presentations at various meetings including Quality and Safety Committee, New Employee Orientation, and others. -May assist the director in monitoring departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Job Summary Lead Behavioral Health Clinician works in coordination with interdisciplinary teams to organize, prepare, and deliver evidence based clinical services in the Child/Adolescent partial hospitalization program. The technologist will learn to work with a wide array of equipment such as contrast injectors, ultrasounds, IVUS, mechanical thrombectomy devices and atherectomy supplies and become knowledgeable in a vast array of supplies including stents, balloons, catheters, coils, etc. He or she will be responsible for entering patient information into the x-ray equipment, annotating, post processing and, sending patient images to the PACs system, adhering to the Radiation Safety and Standards such ALARA principles.
