Tom was an original founder of UpStream Software in January of 2000 where he invented and architected UpStream TB and later UpStream WebLink. These products pioneered a new space called Financial Data Quality and achieved a better way to manage data quality for Hyperion products by providing a packaged product (UpStream/FDM) every company could use. Tom is an original founder of OneStream Software and an original architect of OneStream XF. He is passionate when it comes to delivering value, success and support. Tom’s passion and true strength stems from a deep, unique understanding of Finance that leads to truly innovative and revolutionary products. Tom began working on OneStream XF more than 8 years ago and his vision is to change the entire CPM ecosystem with a solution that combines power and flexibility with ease of use, deployment and maintenance.

Bob started at Hyperion Solutions in 1995 and advanced from Senior Software Engineer to Vice President of Software Development in a 12 year period. Initially, Bob worked on Hyperion Enterprise, built the Hyperion Schedules Module and managed Hyperion’s first OLAP product. Over the next several years, Bob invented, architected, implemented and led the development organization for Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). This was the first product with an OLAP engine designed specifically for Financial Reporting and Consolidation. He was later responsible for Hyperion Strategic Finance and assimilating the newly acquired MDM and UpStream/FDM organizations into Hyperion.

In 2007, Bob left Hyperion to join Allegient Systems as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) where he was responsible for a multi-tenant cloud-based SaaS solution that facilitates legal bill review for insurance companies. After gaining first-hand experience with modern cloud-based technologies and working for years to integrate multiple incompatible products, Bob was convinced there must be a better way to help businesses manage their CPM activities. Bob is an original founder of OneStream Software and inventor of Extensible Dimensionality™. He and Tom Shea architected OneStream XF to be the only extensible CPM platform that simplifies complex business problems and provides the exact same capabilities regardless of whether it is used in the cloud or on-premise.

Bill Koefoed is the chief financial officer of [Puppet Labs](https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/puppet-labs#/entity), an information technology automation software company designed for system administrators. Prior to that, he held the same position at Skype. Koefoed served as the general manager for investor relations at Microsoft from 2008 to 2012 before he joined Skype. Koefoed obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, and master’s degree in strategy from Haas School of Business. He resides in Bellevue, Washington, United States.

Dave brings more than 20 years of experience in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) market to his role as Chief Marketing Officer at OneStream. Most recently he was Vice President of Marketing at Wolters Kluwer and Chief Marketing Office at Tagetik Software prior to the acquisition of Tagetik by Wolters Kluwer. Dave’s prior experience also includes several years as a Research Director at AMR Research (acquired by Gartner), as an independent analyst covering the CPM market, and product marketing and product management roles at former CPM vendors Cartesis and Hyperion Solutions. His unique combination of CPM domain expertise and experience developing value-based, multi-channel marketing strategies perfectly align with OneStream’s growth plans and mission of 100% client success.

Jeff was an original founder of UpStream Software in January of 2000 and was involved in the design, development, and architecture of UpStream TB and then UpStream WebLink. Jeff then transitioned to head the services and support departments within the organization.

After UpStream, Jeff went on to be a director of development at Hyperion Solutions and then Oracle Corporation before co-founding OneStream Software. Jeff utilizes his many years of experience in the CPM field and cross-departmental knowledge to ensure organization and customer success. He is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting.

Peter Fugere is a Chief Enablement & Services Officer at OneStream Software.

Steve Mebius is a Chief Delivery and Enablement Officer at OneStream Software and is based in Pennsylvania Area, Williamsport, Pennsylvania. He has worked as Manager- CFO Advisory Services at Archstone Consulting, NBC NCO at HHT 2 ACR, and Director of Finance at York Mexico. Steve studied at University of Michigan between 1992 and 1994 and Thunderbird School of Global Management between 1995 and 1996.
