The Challenge
We're looking for a Support Analyst to join the Global Customer Support (GCS) team. In this role, you'll provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and sensible solutions for OneTrust customers. You'll develop deep expertise in the OneTrust platform, including its privacy automation modules, and collaborate across teams to confront issues and improve customer experience.
Please note: This role is part of our proactive hiring strategy to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for anticipated future openings.
Position will be located in Atlanta, GA
On-Site Schedule Requirement:
This hybrid role offers a dynamic schedule with in-office collaboration (3 days/week) and remote flexibility.
Analyst will start with a Monday-Friday schedule for the first 3-6 months, gaining hands-on experience and expert training.
Once fully ramped, analyst will transition to a Monday-Friday schedule, working 9 AM - 6 PM EST (could flex 8 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM -7 PM)
No devoted weekend shifts
Should expect to work 1-3 on-call shifts per quarter
Your Mission
Take support cases from the Level 2 or 3 support queue and work directly with customers to troubleshoot and address issues.
Actively manage a varied workload of customer support cases, keeping customers regularly updated on progress.
Collaborate across OneTrust teams, including Product and Engineering, to identify root causes and deliver solutions.
Develop and maintain deep knowledge of specific areas of the OneTrust Privacy Platform, including:

Support customers in configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting these modules to meet their privacy program goals.
Build privacy industry expertise, including maintaining CIPP/E or CIPM certifications.

We're looking for a Senior Support Analyst to join the GCS (Global Customer Support) team. In this role, you will provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting and proposing pragmatic solutions for OneTrust customers. Our mission is to accelerate AI adoption across the company by building reusable, scalable features and foundational components. As a Front End leader, you'll collaborate with teams spanning diverse business domains, shaping the future of enterprise AI through world-class user experiences.
Your Mission
As a Principal Software Engineer (Front End), you'll drive the development of intuitive, robust, and scalable web interfaces that enable teams across the company to leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities. You will:
Lead the design and development of frontend applications and reusable UI components for AI-driven features using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Angular 8+, React, etc.).
Collaborate closely with backend engineers, data scientists, and product partners to integrate AI models, workflows, and APIs (e.g., those built with Python, LangGraph, and YAML configurations).
Help define and uphold frontend architecture best practices for performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
Ensure high standards of code quality, test coverage, and frontend observability.
Contribute to the planning, grooming, and architectural discussions for new features and platform enhancements.
Mentor and support other engineers to foster technical growth and cross-functional learning.
Your Responsibilities
Development:
Build and maintain scalable, reusable frontend components and modules for AI product features.
Integrate AI workflows, model outputs, and configuration-driven UIs.
Achieve high code coverage (≥80% or team standard) through unit, integration, and exploratory testing.
Collaboration:
Work closely with UX, Product, Backend, and Data Science partners to deliver seamless AI-powered experiences.
Participate in and help lead architectural and design discussions.
Support:
Proactively identify and resolve UI/UX issues, ensuring solutions are robust and production-ready.
Address bugs and defects early to maintain high quality and reliability.
Code Review - Conduct peer reviews, provide actionable feedback, and champion best practices in frontend engineering.
Leadership - Lead by example, mentor peers as appropriate, and help cultivate a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
You Are
A self-starter who thrives in complex technical environments, you're excited to shape the company's AI future by delivering reusable, scalable frontend solutions. You are comfortable working with sophisticated codebases, proactively learning new technologies, and collaborating across disciplines.
Your Experience Includes
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on frontend development.
Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with modern frameworks (Angular 8+, React, etc.).
Exposure to backend systems and a working understanding of Java and Python-based APIs.
Familiarity with integrating AI/ML-driven features and configuration-driven UIs (e.g., YAML).
Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
Comfortable with DevOps, Continuous Integration/Deployment, and Test-Driven Development.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
