Paid weekly
No raises. No over time. Poor leadership. As a vendor providing a service to a larger company you are often the black sheep in the work environment. Furthermore even the onsite supervisor views other leadership as hostile. This leads to a very tense work environment

Poorly with 48-forty I was making 24 dollars an hour and with ongweoweh I make 17.50
Since I started with ongweoweh I've seen 3 people quit all of which have been African American. We are still currently under staffed.
