Cons of working at ROSALIND
- Name calling and aggressive behavior is rampant. - Abuse that equates to discrimination of protected classes goes unchecked and opens up the company to legal risks. - Employee evaluations are constantly promised yet never carried out. - You are given "unlimited" PTO, yet indirectly threatened if you use it. - Employees are fired while they are sick or soon after returning from medical leave. - CEO is a fake title the owner has given himself. His is the owner and maximizes what he can get away with while not being held to the same standard as a CEO of a publicly traded company. - Shoddy products with inadequate QA/QC and no scientific validation and controls. Customers/clients are beginning to catch onto this. I would not trust any of their analyses.
