Graebel's Onsite Service Manager performs in home supervision of household goods moves. Acts in the best interest of the transferee during the move process to ensure professional delivery of services for Clients and transferees at origin and/or destination.
Required Skills
+ Effectively examine pre-move and/or pre-delivery services in order to understand the specific requirements for the origin and/or destination via move documentation provided by move coordinators.
+ Provide notification and instruction to necessary agents/parties of Onsite Service Manager involvement, schedule, and role.
+ Perform introduction call with transferee and explain the OSM role. Identify any areas of concern or special requirements.
+ Schedule personal travel according to process training and guidelines. Following the completion of services, file expense reporting timely according to guidelines also.
+ On service days, acts as the intermediary between the transferee and the moving crew. Serves as the point of contact for either party on issues or concerns that may arise during the move. Oversee services performed, ensures proper inventory procedures are followed and signs paperwork on behalf of the transferee if requested. Ensures that the transferee's move expectations are met and addresses requests of the transferee.
+ Communicate updates with the transferee's customer service contact each day, including any concerns, issues, or unforeseen services that require immediate attention/authorization.
+ Record move story in Salesforce system upon return in accordance with guidelines and process timing.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Required Experience
+ High school or equivalent required. May include specialized classes beyond high school. An Associate's or a Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years relocation or household goods moving experience required.
+ Willingness to obtain Graebel's OSM certification within 3 months.
