Attending Court hearing, managing discovery, as well as taking and defending depositions. Proactively managing communications with clients throughout the course of litigation. You must be licensed to practice in the State of California. The ideal candidate should have 1 + years of transportation litigation experience. Experience handling discovery for complex matters, with substantial knowledge of evidentiary objections in responding to discovery.
