The PQA Observer does not provide real-time coaching, intervene in programming, or supervise staff, and instead collaborates with the Camp Director to support reflection, learning, and continuous improvement. Expected Commitment: Approximately 25-30 hours per session, including on-site observations and remote reporting. Observations will be scheduled across multiple sessions based on availability and camp needs.
