Respond to all ad-hoc inquiries that are required by TFC covering all physical aspects of services. This would include items such as service coverage, cargo acceptability, shipment exception, cargo delay, etc. Reconcile slot use on vessel basis and verification of financial statements with partner lines on their vessels. Enter slot cost into online system for each vessel in order for Finance to process payments for our slot use.
