Chip is the Chief Strategy Officer at Ookla, the definitive source of network experience metrics and market insights. In this role he leads corporate development, global alliance development, government affairs, and industry relations. He joined Ookla in June 2018 after its successful acquisition of Mosaik, where he had been responsible for corporate strategy, marketing, product management, and software engineering functions. Prior to Mosaik, Chip spent thirteen years at Alltel Communications and Verizon Wireless in an array of strategic and operational roles.
