Seeks to help patients understand their financial responsibilities, giving the estimated out-of-pocket responsibilities and payment options; at all times providing first-class service to set the tone for the patient's journey of care as well as educate and manage the financial expectations for the patient prior to surgery or procedure. Schedules the patient with the appropriate facilities and contacts pre-admission testing. Provides information to the patient regarding when and where to report to Vitruvian Health. Makes appointments in response to any recalls on procedures.
