About the Role: The Regional Channel Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing and inspiring channel partners in his/her region to market and sell Ooma's line of VoIP services to include AirDial (Ooma's All-In-One POTS Replacement solution) as well as specialized Hospitality practice. This person will build relationships at all levels of a multi-tiered channel, helping varying types of channel partners optimize for Ooma's solutions and assisting partner's field resources in closing business. **Candidates must be located in WI, IL, OH, IN, MI & KY to be considered for this role. Candidates based in Ohio or the Greater Chicago area are strongly preferred. What You'll Do: Drive revenue by recruiting, on-boarding, inspiring and selling with channel partners including but not limited to TSD/TSBs, agents and strategic partners. Work with marketing to drive effective campaigns that stimulate partner sales activity. Work with partners to execute these demand generations campaigns. Identify, qualify, close and onboard new partners who will deliver sales results. Work in co-sales model with AE's for partner opportunities. Participate in joint sales calls with partner to help close opportunities. Accurately forecast sales revenues for the region. Provide partner and customer feedback to Channel team and cross functional teams in order to drive necessary change in product, services and internal operations to best support customer and channel partner community. Experience We're Looking For: Minimum 5 years' experience in indirect sales models and Channel. Strong technical knowledge of VoIP, POTS, SIP, MS Teams, Internet Connectivity. Proven understanding and success in sales deployment strategies to maximize results with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets. Experience driving successful results with varying types of channel partners. Ability to effectively communicate Ooma's value proposition to employees, partners and customers. Passionate about participating in a culture of accountability, transparency, personal fulfillment and fun in the pursuit of exceeding Ooma's sales targets. Fanatic support to prospect, customer and partner community. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred). Bachelor's degree or equivalent. This role offers a competitive compensation package with a combination of base salary and commission. The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position range from $130k - $210k annually, with actual earnings dependent on performance against targets.
