The ideal candidate will be able to: 1. Independently build and unit test components as well as work with Dev/QA team members to resolve code and configuration-based defects. Lead a dev team and provide guidance/mentor as needed. 2. Provide direction to the dev team to conduct research and document results for new Salesforce capabilities or review exiting platform-related issues. 3. Lead Proof of concepts with the architects to evaluate and document new designs, integrations, patterns, and practices. Min 2-3 years in a scrum team environment Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) are primary to the success of this candidate. SFDC Data Model knowledge across various cloud/products & strong data modeling experience. Subject matter expertise in branching/code merging practices in GIT (or equivalent) repository.
