Pros of working at Open Door Health

None. Management is horrible and discriminatory towards providing accommodations to those with invisible disability (autism, learning disabilities, autoimmune, mental health, fibromyalgia)

Cons of working at Open Door Health

Pay is as low as possible, and they say they hire internally but unless you are in inconvenience for them at the moment they won’t move you around because it’s inconvenient for them.

Open Door Health benefits

The other employees in other departments that actually seem to care are great. But there are very few and they usually get fired.

What do you like best about Open Door Health's CEO and the leadership team?

Hate them. They do absolutely nothing for anyone but themselves

How would you improve Open Door Health's culture?

Hire a more diverse team and make sure your employees are happy. And don’t just throw “policy” any time you don’t wanna deal with issues being brought up

How did you prepare for the Open Door Health interview?

Don’t disclose anything to anyone you don’t have to. Personally I talked to the two people responsible for deciding who to hire and they would talk a lot of bad things about the people they just didn’t like because they were different. Some of which would have been amazing for the company but were never hired because my boss thought they were “weird”
