I recently visited started working at Open Line Group Homes and found it deeply troubling. The facility suffers from poor management, which is evident in its disorganized routines and inadequate supervision. The environment feels more punitive than supportive, with little attention given to individual needs or therapeutic activities. Overall, this group home fails to provide the nurturing and structured environment that troubled teens require.

The administration's failure to address staff turnover and inadequate training results in inconsistent care for the teenagers.
