Clinical Supervisors build supervisee sensitivity toward individuals of diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and lifestyle backgrounds and support an organizational culture of tolerance, respect, recovery, and resiliency. Experience in Root Cause Analysis, LEAN and change management/process improvement preferred • Knowledge of current healthcare quality metrics and initiatives preferred • High level of proficiency in Microsoft office, including Excel Required

    Wound Care Clinician Outpatient (LPN, RN) Full-Time at Christus Health summary: The Wound Care Clinician provides outpatient clinical wound care, patient education, and case management under physician supervision.
