Basic Qualifications

* Recent successful experience and proven ability to develop a prospect pipeline via high volume outbound prospecting and engaging business executives in an enterprise software sales environment. Key Responsibilities
Develop, tune, and maintain detections across SIEM, EDR, cloud-native logs, WAF and SaaS platforms to reduce noise and improve true positive rates.
Partner with cloud/infrastructure teams to ensure comprehensive log coverage across AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and core services.
Build detection-as-code and automated response playbooks to improve scalability and consistency.

Support the scanning, triage, and remediation of vulnerabilities across cloud, endpoints, containers, and third-party SaaS tools.
Develop dashboards and metrics (MTTD/MTTR, coverage, SLA adherence, threat trends) for leadership reporting.

Role Summary

We're looking for a Solutions Product Leader to define, build, and scale customer‑abstracted solutions for Life Sciences (LS). WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Intake and synthesize signals from customer conversations, field feedback, and SE demos to identify and size high‑impact solution opportunities.
* Provide vertical expertise on LS best practices and design compliant, customer‑abstracted solution blueprints and Bills of Materials.
* Lead cross‑functional, scrum‑like workstreams with Product, PMM, SEs, Services/Consulting, and Partners to build, package, and launch solutions.
* Define and prioritize the solution backlog; make data‑driven decisions on tiering, scaling, maintenance, and pruning across the portfolio.
* Partner with Services to create implementation packages that accelerate time‑to‑adoption and ensure consistency in delivery.
* Monitor adoption, pipeline influence, win rate, cycle time, deal size, ARR/AI consumption, WAUs, and time‑to‑adoption; course‑correct based on insights.
* Close the loop with Product by documenting functionality gaps, repeatable patterns, and proposed specs for productization.
* Champion regulated workflow requirements and integration patterns across APIs, metadata models, and IDP/AI use cases.

* Bonus: Experience with partner delivery models or professional services; exposure to FINRA/SEC, GxP, FDA, or similar regulatory frameworks.

Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Analyst is a part of OpenGov's growing Revenue Operations team which owns strategy and programs across all GTM functions. This role will work cross-functionally across multiple Sales functions, Finance, Marketing, and Business Technologies to help scale OpenGov growing OpenGov sales teams in all things reporting, systems, and processes. Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
