Office Pride of Houston-Montrose is looking to hire a hard-working and committed Cleaning Supervisors for the evening shift. Working hrs are from Monday to Friday from 4-5pm to 12-1am. It's a fullt-time job in the evening. This person will be in charge of managing several accounts and be in charge of 20-30 people.
All the accounts are located in Central Houston and sorrounding areas so living closer to Central Houston is preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Inspect and perform QC to make sure all accounts are being cleaned up to standards
Cover or make arrangements when other cleaners call-in or cannot make it to work
Manage front-line commercial cleaners
Manage Chronotek
Assist with training and startups
Assist in building the management team as the need arises and the budget allows under the direction of the GM
Report daily and be in constant communication with GM
Attend staff meetings held weekly accounting for time, tasks complete, tasks yet to complete. Problem solves with GM
Inspect and restock assigned accounts
Manage floaters when somebody calls-in and fill-in if needed
Every and all aspects of managing the general operation of the business in your assigned accounts
Work whatever hours necessary to perform the above duties and any other duties not listed but required for the business to be successful
Other duties will include training, helping with start-ups, restocking, inspecting, etc.
Some of the cleaning duties are the following:
Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, clean restrooms, restock supplies, wipe down surfaces, remove trash, etc.
Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
Arrive to work (client location) at scheduled time, perform services to established standards and insure the client's facility is locked and secured when you finish and leave.
Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting.
Skills and Competencies
Detail oriented - pays attention to details at each customer's location, with extra attention to any special requests.
Friendly and Professional - able to deal with customers when they are on-site while cleaning is being performed.
Team player - ability to work within a team where members depend on each other to get work done.

Education, Certifications and/or Experience
Management experience is REQUIRED.
Cleaning experience is REQUIRED.

Ability to speak and write BOTH English and Spanish fluently and relay information between the team, customers and office staff.
Work Environment
Physical demands include walking and standing, climbing, bending, kneeling to clean floors by hand, push and pull objects, lift and move objects, repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements.
Travel to/from customer's business location is required.
