As part of our Learning & Development Team, the Learning & Development Specialist drives employee engagement and professional growth through innovative learning initiatives. Reporting to the L&D Programs Manager, this role collaborates with People Team Leadership to implement and refine learning programs that align with organizational objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with our People Business Partners and L&D Programs Manager to assess employee career development needs and define resources and processes to support improvement, including developing high-impact learning programs that align with organizational priorities.Facilitate global learning through online platforms (i.e. Google Classroom) and occasional in person learning as needed.Manage the preparation of effective course materials, utilizing a variety of media to support learning.Manage learning management system (LMS) to maintain a record of training activity, including training sessions, course communication, registration, completion, and measurement of training hours and learning metrics.Co-develop and implement internal marketing strategies for our learning initiatives and overseeing the implementation of social stream campaigns.Conduct follow-up assessments of training programs to evaluate and measure results and make necessary adjustments as needed.Update the learning management system (LMS) to maintain a record of training activity, including training sessions, course communication, registration, completion, and measurement of training hours and learning metrics.Coordinate with SMEs and maintain the development of a library of training content. Regularly update content for changes to existing platforms and/or introduction of new concepts.Own and implement the organization's global training schedule and facilitate training events.Support the organization's learning with initiatives across the organization and maintain and share knowledge of industry trends and best practices.In partnership with People leadership, Identify and evaluate appropriate external training-related vendors, consultants, and partners as directed.
Required Qualifications & Skills3+ years experience in a corporate leadership development, learning & development or organizational development role, preferably within a technology environment3+ years of experience creating, designing, and implementing employee development programs and training content Bachelor's degree in organizational development, leadership development or related field, or equivalent level of proven hands-on learning & development experience required; Masters' degree preferred.Proven project management skills. Project:
We're excited to welcome a Scrum Master who will work closely with 2 to 3 Scrum or Kanban teams to help us achieve our business goals at OpenX. The position is based in our Krakow office and is a fixed-term opportunity for around 1.5 years to cover a team member's long-term absence.
As our Scrum Master, you'll play a key role in supporting teams with problem-solving and process improvements. Your focus will be on identifying challenges and helping to create solutions that remove obstacles. Encouraging creativity and supporting your teammates will be vital! You'll also get involved in enhancing our engineering practices and tools as needed. We're looking for someone who embodies servant leadership, listens to different perspectives, communicates well, adapts to change, seeks self-improvement, and enjoys working collaboratively.

The Corporate Accounting team is responsible for the company's annual and quarterly financial statement filings with the US Securities & Exchange Commission (“SEC”), adopting and implementing new accounting standards and performing research and analysis of accounting guidance to inform business decisions. As a Strategic Sales Specialist at HubSpot, you'll embed within a Growth Specialist (GS) team as an overlay seller to drive new business for Service Hub, Operations Hub, and Breeze Intelligence. Your primary focus will be actively prospecting into your aligned team's install base to identify and close new opportunities for these products. You'll also partner with your GS teammates to close Service Hub, Operations Hub, and Breeze deals in their active pipelines. This hybrid role requires both strong prospecting/sales skills and the technical expertise to run complete sales cycles with IT and operations stakeholders.
Specialization is a P0 for HubSpot in 2025. This team is going to tackle an exciting problem with a massive opportunity to impact our company's growth. We'll be building, experimenting, and making pivots quickly, so this role is best suited for people that thrive during change.
What You'll Do:
* Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close for Service Hub, Operations Hub, and Breeze Intelligence products
* Prospect into our install base to identify and create new opportunities while collaborating with Growth Specialists on territory planning and joint prospecting efforts
* Own discovery and solutioning, addressing the concerns of both business and technical stakeholders
* Develop and present tailored solutions that align with customer's technical requirements and business objectives
* Partner with aligned sales teams to provide specialized product expertise and support
* Articulate the value of HubSpot's technical capabilities, including APIs, integrations, and webhooks, to both technical and business audiences
* Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders across our customers' org
* Contribute to the team's collaborative learning environment by sharing expertise and best practices
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years experience in SaaS sales + presales roles, or 4+ years in post-sales roles
* Proven track record of success in customer-facing SaaS roles, with either:
* Strong sales experience and demonstrated aptitude for technical concepts, or
* Deep technical expertise and demonstrated ability to develop sales skills
* Current high performer with consistent achievement against targets and KPIs
* Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences

Cash compensation range: 130000-205000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles.
