Develops individualized care plans, which include nursing diagnosis, long and short-term goals and specific nursing interventions congruent with assessment data.
Focused on providing customer satisfaction (including, but not limited to, patients, coworkers, visitors, vendors and physicians) as a primary goal/outcome of all interactions.
