For the past four years, we've partnered with top-tier nursing and skilled care facilities nationwide to manage pain and enhance therapy outcomes, helping thousands of patients regain independence and comfort.
At Iconic Care, we are dedicated to improving the quality of life and therapeutic outcomes for patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. By collaborating closely with the primary care teams in these facilities, we increase patients' ability to participate in physical therapy while reducing the need for pain medications.
Location: Remote with resident city limitations. Candidates must be based in one of the following greater metropolitan areas: Salt Lake City, Seattle/Tacoma, Oakland/East Bay, Phoenix, Las Vegas, or Denver. Candidates living outside of these metropolitan cities CANNOT be considered.
Compensation: $155,000-185,000 salary, with additional bonuses and commissions based on performance. This is a W2 Employee position.
We're looking for an energetic, people-oriented Clinical Educator NP/PA & Travel Nurse to join our team. Who you are: Description: A dynamic and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who loves to travel, care for patients, and teach; possessing a passion for physiatry and a knack for building strong relationships with medical teams as well as mentoring new providers.

Facilitate successful integration by introducing new providers to facility administrators and primary care teams, helping them establish excellent working relationships.
Provide guidance on developing efficient patient rounding schedules and streamlined charting processes as well as the skills needed to perform treatments, even to providers inexperienced in physiatry and new graduates.
Travel extensively (48-50 weeks per year, Monday through Friday; longer only if the interim clinical coverage requires a longer stay - but rarely longer than 2 weeks at most) to various skilled nursing facilities nationwide. We currently operate in 10 states with ambitions to serve all 50 states within the next 5 years. You will be crucial in achieving this goal.
Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting role, you must have:
