Resolves patient problems and needs Must be able to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from health care support personnel. Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations. Prepare patients for surgery in the pre-operative setting. Assist in the recovery of patients post surgery. What we are looking for in a candidate: At least 2 years of OR experience Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications required. Plastic surgery experience preferred. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
