Key Responsibilities: Prepare the operating room by assembling surgical instruments, equipment, and necessary supplies. Qualifications Basic Requirements/Certifications: The CST certification offered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA). Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Experience on a military site working as a government subcontractor or prime contractor is preferred. Education Required: Graduate from an accredited surgical technician program or have the military equivalent training course with Certificate of Completion (i.e. 68D, HM8483, 4N1x1).
