Up to $10,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months The Surgical Technician assists with the nursing care of the patients in the OR by performing routine and delegated duties according to the standards of practice and policy and procedures under the supervision of a registered nurse at all times. Serves as a scrub nurse, but not independently as a circulating nurse. He/she functions under the direction of the RN, assisting with the intraoperative care of patients by performing in the scrub role during surgical procedures.
