Responsibilities * Work out of the onsite Medical Clinic * Administer audiometric, respiratory fit and pulmonary function tests * Perform first aid to injured or ill employees * Provide emergency medical support to any injured or critically ill patient. * Coordinate and conduct drug and alcohol testing * Assist in monitoring the activities of heavy industrial construction projects, ensuring the facilitys compliance with pertinent governmental regulations, company policies and procedures. * Assist in determining the cause of unsafe conditions and injury claims through procedure, equipment and facilities inspection and worker observation. * Review project work plans for accuracy in conformance with the standards and assist in environmental health and safety program audits, coaching, and training. * Assist with the presentations during new hire safety training and safety meetings. * Monitor all construction work for compliance with environmental health and safety requirements.
