Sets up exam room/procedure rooms appropriately based on patient visit needs. Assist provider in examination/procedure rooms as needed. Assist in follow-up scheduling needs; assist in overall surgery scheduling as needed. Answer patient calls, questions and addresses problems in timely fashion. Communicates all significant clinical findings to MD. Serves as liaison with other departments, facilities, and hospital as needed. Assists with administrative support activities as delegated. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma/GED is required Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program preferred Experience: 2 years of experience in an inpatient or outpatient medical setting with Surgical Tech specialty is required Licenses/Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association and/or the American Red Cross required Minimum Salary 29.96 Maximum Salary 46.44
