The ideal candidate will have a background in home healthcare services, clinical experience, and strong organizational and leadership abilities. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Program Operations Coordinate daily operations of the Endocarditis Program, ensuring smooth patient admissions, care delivery, and discharges. Monitor census, documentation, and staff scheduling to maintain effective workflows and coverage. Serve as a liaison between patients, staff, and leadership to support program goals and resolve issues promptly. Clinical Oversight Oversee nursing services within the program, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards. Monitor patient care plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support holistic recovery and treatment goals. Provide hands-on clinical care as needed within the scope of practice. Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure program adherence to state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies. Assist with audits, incident reporting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Monitor documentation practices and support staff in maintaining accurate records within the electronic health record (EHR) system. We are currently accepting students working towards a Master degree in counseling and related human services fields. Acceptance of an internship is contingent on program availability and the qualifications of the applying student. Internships with Operation PAR are currently unpaid but applicants may apply to open positions and if hired, they may earn the necessary hours during their period of paid employment.
