Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a highly analytical, client-facing environment such as management consulting, strategy & operations, healthcare operations, enterprise customer success, or similar roles requiring structured problem-solving and executive communication.
High executive presence and relationship management ability - comfortable partnering directly with C-suite, facility leadership, and frontline teams; capable of influencing stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and driving alignment.
Proven experience owning outcomes in fast-paced, high-accountability environments; thrives on both strategic planning and rolling up their sleeves to execute.

What you have:
Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
6 years of progressive customer service, operational, military or leadership experience to include a minimum of 2 years of claims handling experience required with demonstrated proficiency.
2 years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience.
Experience using and interpreting data to make decisions.
Demonstrated leadership, initiative, customer service and/or claims handling skills.
Acquisition and maintenance of applicable insurance adjuster license within 6 months time in role.

Ticket Operations
Supervises part-time Ticket Phone staff: schedule shifts and break times; monitor the quality of service; review and approved timecards in UKG ensuring accuracy and timely reporting, provide training and information to help provide clear and accurate communication with fans. Coach, mentor and develop team members.
Helps supervise part-time window staff. Providing not only guidance and direction for staff, but also assist with elevated customer service situations.
Helps hire, train and provide support for all part-time Ticket Operations staff, including Lead Representatives.
Interview/hire potential candidates for part-time employment.
Share in pre-game briefings with staff.
Employee/Player/Umpire Tickets
Oversee full and part-time employee online ticket process as well as coaches. Includes keeping an up-to-date list of employment status and making sure each employee has their appropriate access.
Oversees day-of-game player and umpire tickets.
Works with Ticket Technology to have employee ordering process setup online and proper allocation of holds.
Provides monthly CompTix report to finance, detailing player and staff taxable ticket requests.
Assist with the supervision of the Production Room and 303-Rockies customer service staff.
Other Duties/Responsibilities
Read and reply to emails received on the RockiesTix e-mail account.
Ordering of supplies and staff uniforms.
Assist with Vault Operations, including making deposits when needed.
Assist with preparation and presentation for the annual Re-Orientation meeting with the part-time staff.
Process group tours and generate monthly tour reports.
Provide technical support to Team stores on ticket system.
Reconcile FedEx bill and charge each department accordingly.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Scheduling experience is helpful.
Minimum of four years of ticketing experience. Minimum of one year in a supervisory capacity.
Working knowledge of Archtics and HOST ticket system.
Strong background in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail oriented, dedicated to the organization, and possessing strong customer service skills.
Must work well in a group atmosphere and with a wide variety of individuals.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This person supervises the following position and or departments: 5 part-time phone representatives
WORKING CONDITIONS/WORK SCHEDULE:
The employee is required to work every Rockies home event, including concerts/special events, nights, weekends and some holidays. Number of hours per week range from 40-50. In-season, position could require working all seven days in a week. Off-season, schedule is normally Monday-Friday, 8-5.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, but also requires times of standing/walking of up to 8 hours.
Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds.
Punctual attendance.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $64,000 to $69,000. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, job-related skills, and any other factors the Colorado Rockies consider relevant to the hiring decision for this position.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The primary AD facilities this position oversees are the Cadet Field House, the Falcon Athletic Center, the Cadet Gymnasium, Falcon Stadium, the Holaday Athletic Center, USAF Combatives Center of Excellence Compound, and 153 acres of athletic fields. AD supports 25 different physical education classes, 14 intramural sports, and 29 intercollegiate sports.
Responsible for managing successful execution of the SOW requirements for the Athletic Department (sometimes referred to as the Directorate of Athletics) including, but not limited to, operating from locations in AD, facility access and other facility support, athletic equipment and supply management, operational support for physical education, intramural, and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) requirements, athletic equipment and clothing management, fabrication shop management, and event support.
Ensure trained/qualified staffing resources are in place to meet service delivery requirements of the SOW;
Ensure material, equipment, subcontract resources are available to meet service delivery requirements of the SOW;
Work with the Program Manager to establish systems and measures to collect, monitor, evaluate and report information at the corporate, regional and business unit levels for key performance indicators and compliance with established goals, objectives, standards and policies.

Inspect facilities and grounds, complete checklist, and input work orders weekly to maintain the high facility standards demanded in the facilities.
Submit to the PM a bi-weekly report detailing the results of inspections, listing work requests submitted, work requests completed, and work requests still in process and notify the PM of un-corrected facility emergencies which will impact the occupants.
Prepare/submit/call in base support service requests and act as liaison for facility and grounds issues/requirements. Submit facility maintenance and minor repair requirements to the 10 CES service call desk.
Submit to the PM a weekly report detailing the results of inspections, listing work requests submitted, work requests completed, and work requests still in process and notify the PM when 10 CES does not provide timely status of work requests. Track work orders for their areas/facilities from submission to completion.
Follow processes outlined in the USAFA Facility Manager program as implemented by 10 CES to submit work requests for the correction of facility and grounds deficiencies.

Pay Rate: All guides are compensated per trip. This pay rate is based off of the total number of trips you have ever done + end-of-season bonus upon completion of contract

Job Overview: Oversee daily operations on the Zipline Course and Via Ferrata. This position is responsible for ensuring the safety and exceptional experience for guests and employees. To supervise and ensure the implementation of all aspects of AVA's land-based activity operations at the Buena Vista Outpost.
Requirements:
Become proficient with Adventure Res., AVA's reservation software.
