JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations Manager will:
Meet with Operations Supervisors daily to assess and review day-to-day operations. Duties will include the review and approval of staffing, scheduling, and related issues. Will identify and work to improve administrative and operational functions for Lynx EMS, LLC. He/she will review the activities of emergency medical staff and provide leadership and guidance regarding various issues. If required, all guidance will be documented in written form.
Will review and recommend changes to existing policies and procedures, as well as recommend new policies and assist in the creation of them.
Review requests for additional staffing and equipment; provide input and recommend staffing and equipment needs for budget purposes to the Regional Manager of Operations.
Work and maintain a full-time regular work schedule.
Verify staffing for all shifts is met.
Participate in the full range of human resources responsibilities.
Write, receive, review, and approve staff reports, records, and related paperwork.
Investigate incidents involving assigned units and communicate with the Operations Supervisors and Regional Manager of Operations on status of assigned units and other problems.
Submit reports on all incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries and exposures.
Participate in interviewing and selection process as needed.

Overview
The Client Operations department manages client-specific operational tasks across practice area within the agency,
working closely with Strategy, Investment, HR, Finance, Invoice Reconciliation, and Agency Administration & Compliance. We centralize and standardize fundamental work required across all pieces of business, as well as bring tactical and detail-oriented work streams together to find smarter, faster ways of working. We create a space for those whose strengths include being highly organized problem-solvers. We help differentiate Collective from our competitors and provide a critical foundation for the agency.
The Supervisor, Client Operations is responsible for training and developing individuals on the necessary media systems and relative processes within Budgets and Compliance to drive company and client goals. This includes the ability to work on high profile client business while successfully owning tasks related to forecasting, accruing, data QAs and overseeing the processing of client billing. They are masters in the use of current media systems and have complete understanding of overall processes, policies, and procedures related to Budgets & Compliance. This individual has experience and proven success in this area to qualify for this position.
Responsibilities
* Work with Associate Director and/or Director on team roles, responsibilities, and prioritizing key projects across the team
* Assist the Associate Director and/or Director with miscellaneous Operations tasks and projects, including process implementation
* Oversee project management of large teams for specific deliverables on a monthly or ad hoc basis
* Train and coach Senior Associate and Associate to master their desk and attain their career goals
* Provide insight into current workload of the team and bring questions to weekly status meetings with the team
* Oversee & manage financial tasks such as media authorizations, billing and budget documents, and compiling ordered vs. approved reports
* Ensure compliance for tasks such as: client-specific billing procedures, product codes and other systems work
* Create and enforce workflows & processes such as: billing verification, project management
* Compile and guide team members on client-specific reporting (e.g. publisher spend, modeling data, diversity reporting)
* Ensure accuracy of data pulls from various systems (Guideline Planning tools, MediaOcean, etc.).
* Proactively solves problems and improves efficiencies as needed
* Fosters collaboration across teams and maintains positive relationships with various agency disciplines and clients
* Participates in system enhancement testing or training
* Connect with Brand Experience and Investment peers on account-specific requests
* May handle high-profile or sensitive client information
* Provide support on new business pitches, as needed
Qualifications
* 3+ years of in operations, reconciliation, project management, financial budget tracking or data analysis, preferably in a media agency or advertising agency
* Guideline Planning tools and/or Prisma/MediaOcean experience
* The ability to rock the Microsoft Office suite, with proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and proven expertise in complex
* Excel formulas (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) to support reporting
* Quantitative and analytical skills, and willingness to embrace a role that requires a mix of art and science
* Flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
* Thrives on a team and can meet tight deadlines on independent assignments

Compensation Range: $59,850 - $78,800 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Job Description:
The Patient Access Operations Supervisor is responsible for optimizing the use of resources related to Patient Access with regards to scheduling, directing of workflow, monitoring, prioritizing of assignments and maintenance of key performance indicator metrics. Minimum Qualifications:

2. Knowledge of Patient Access aspects including but not limited to Preregistration, Precertification, Scheduling, Registration, Collection, and Patient Customer Service required.
3. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or similar software applications with proven knowledge of standard computer manipulation required.
4. Previous experience with software system development, implementation or upgrade in healthcare setting preferred.

Oversee day-to-day delivery operations, including the monitoring of morning loadout/check in, delivery activity, evaluation of motor carrier needs, and customer service in accordance with agreed quality and production standards of the client
