GDIT has an opening for a CND Analyst - Digital Media Analyst position supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) in Falls Church, VA. This is an IT Service Management contract in support of the operation, modernization, expansion, and further evolution of the ARNG's global Information Technology (IT) services including networking, compute, storage, infrastructure, applications, hosting, and program management services. The GECOS program supports the ARNG enterprise IT infrastructure, its Wide Area Network (WAN), authentication and directory services, cybersecurity, application hosting, and associated services. GECOS uses ITIL best practices framework as the basis for IT Service Management (ITSM) model.
The CND Analyst - Digital Media Analyst will:

Responsible for evidence collection and forensic analyses of devices to identify, reverse engineer, and de‐obfuscate content related to cybersecurity incidents, such as malicious content.

Works closely with ARNG CIRT and SOC to coordinate and communicate findings and continuously improve forensic analysis techniques to incorporate lessons learned and industry best practices.

Performs work under supervision, as necessary.

About this Position
The Operations Support Analyst is a member of the Agency Licensing team. The Analyst processes state license renewals for PFS corporations and designated agent(s) plus processes ownership deals. This role works with the Office of the General Counsel, other departments and sometimes outside vendors to ensure that the corporations and related agent(s) meet the licensing requirements of the various state regulatory agencies. The Analyst reports office addresses to Maine DOI that are under our corporate license. The role ensures that all requirements of Business Continuity are met each quarter.
This is hybrid position that requires working onsite at our Duluth, Georgia office and remotely multiple days each week.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Duties:
Renewal of state licenses for PFS corporate and designated agent(s) - Tracks and completes process of license renewals for PFS corporations and designated agent(s) by paper or online process each month. Updates license information on mainframe. Prints copy of license for our records. Advises designated agent(s) of continuing education requirements needed for license renewals and monitors appointment renewal. Business Continuity - Maintains the Archer program for Business Continuity. Confirms each quarterly requirements for Business Continuity are met on time. Ensures that testing for Operational Assessments, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity are processed on time. Meets with testers to review tests and make any necessary changes before actual tests are done. Writes up process for new tests if required. Ensures that the Business Continuity Plan and Business Impact Analysis are updated with current information.Processing of ownership deals - Verifies any licensing issues between the selling & buying agent and forwards information to the ownership team. Attends meetings to discuss any issues. Communicates with the different departments involved. Ensures that new code number for selling agent is added to system and that all steps are completed and notifies ownership team of completion. If selling agent is not staying active, then request termination of new code number. Make changes to ownership chart. Maintain licensing system, corporate & agent files, master licensing calendar - Update licensing system after renewal of state licenses. File copies of renewal documents and renewed license in file folders. Edit master licensing calendar to reflect new expiration dates, new renewal fees and any new information pertaining to the renewals and other filings. Review PFS corporate and agent(s) information on the insurance departments websites and process any changes necessary. Resolves problems and issues - Gathers and documents pertinent information to a problem or issue. Proposes resolution for immediate problems. Performs post implementation follow-up to ensure accuracy and complete resolution of the problem. Keeps management informed of progress.Prepare analysis and report for WFI - Gathers and track pertinent information for WFI user. Analyze and generate reports to Management on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Keeps management informed of progress.Various other assigned projects and assignments requested by management.
