The Analyst provides essential support to sustain twelve-hour-per-day, seven-day-per-week (12/7) watch stander operations for the Emergency Management Department during daily activities, training, and real-world response efforts. In addition to watch standing duties, the contractor will assist the Deputy Program Director and department staff by preparing briefs, executive summaries, and point papers for a variety of stakeholders, coordinating official tasking through approved IT systems, and providing general administrative support to the Emergency Management program.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Collect and analyze data from installation and region reports to identify trends, threats, and opportunities globally
Conduct root cause analyses on operational reports in collaboration with CNIC program managers
Identify patterns in operational data to inform CNIC strategic and operational initiatives
Develop recommendations with CNIC program managers to improve planning, acquisition, and programming efforts
Assist in generating innovative solutions to enhance infrastructure capabilities across CNIC programs
Coordinate with other operation centers to provide contextual recommendations for resource adjustments aligned with the Navy Shore Strategic Guidance

Establish and maintain data architectures to compile, organize, assess, and disseminate operational report analysis
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of emergency management or operations center experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting analysis
Direct knowledge of or experience with the Navy installation EM program
Strong working knowledge of:

This includes collecting, triaging, and reviewing information from a variety of sources. The Intelligence Analyst then analyzes this information to identify trends, patterns, and threats. Finally, the Intelligence Analyst disseminates this information to decision-makers in a clear and concise way.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provides current and emergent intelligence reporting to customers, updating, maintaining, and disseminating products
Executes and tracks intelligence sharing amongst multiple stakeholders
Provides continuous intelligence watch, maintaining communication with respective components and partner agencies
Monitors Indications and Warning (I&W) and is responsible for determining when a threat needs to be communicated to relevant authority. May participate in Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) as required
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas
Desired Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence operations
Experience supporting intelligence operations (e.g.: watch operations or knowledge management)
Specific certifications or education/training may be required, depending on job assignment

Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. Support the senior leadership with a broad variety of tasks including organizing action items needing their attention, tracking action times to closure, composing and preparing correspondence, coordinating data calls, provide senior-level schedule, dashboard, and reporting support.
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience. An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
Ability to organize and prioritize activities, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Must have previous experience with travel planning, travel estimating, and tracking
Experience working in a fast-paced fast-changing environment, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Strong decision-making skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• A Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cost Accounting or related scientific or technical discipline
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in the VA
• Experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative support experience is a plus
