Operations Support Coordinator handles a variety of tasks to ensure efficient daily operation of the business needs. The Operations Support Coordinator will manage operational tasks under the direction of operations and project managers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Responsibilities:
Manages operational tasks under the direction of project managers
Data entry of our schedule, projects and estimates. Setup tracking for our production within our software program Helps assigned teams meet and exceed their goals and objectives Contributes to reports for internal and external stakeholders Identifies ways to increase revenue, decrease expenses, and improve efficiency. Assists with financial tasks, including forecasting, expense reports, budgeting, etc Collaborates with insurance agents and bonding agents requesting and administering various documents Communicate issues, events, performance and progress daily to the Project Manager. Establish effective working relationships with clients and team members.
