Completes special assignments as required. Assigned to security podium, answers telephone, dispatches Security Officers according to situation and need. Issues controlled keys, access badges and radios to Security Officers and other staff. Monitors mantrap access and digital alarm system. Issues emergency credentials to employees and vendors. Receives, logs and determines priority of information received from Security Officers concerning their lateness, absence or other usual concerns. Prepares specified reports; assists Security Officers in preparation of reports. Conducts fact finding investigations by physically tracking and interviewing witnesses, collecting physical evidence and preserving the crime scene if necessary. Takes statements from individuals involved in security related activities and prepares reports detailing facts. Appears in court to give testimony on subpoenaed and/or documented facts contained in complaints or warrant files. Must be able to evaluate upon sight patrons requiring first aid or CPR. Notifies Shift Manager of any relevant situation or information.
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:


Minimum one year experience as Security Officer or similar capacity in the public sector. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. CPR certified or ability to obtain certification required.

INSTITUTIONAL SECURITIES GROUP (ISG) PRODUCT OPERATIONS

ISG Product Operations supports Morgan Stanley's clearing, trading, and financing operational processes. Our mandate is to deliver high value to our clients, both internal and external, in a controlled and commercially responsible manner. The organization partners closely with Sales and Trading to develop and implement new products and services as well as drive efficiency and reduce risk in our processes. ISG Product Operations partners closely with Shared Services and Banking Operations (SSBO) as well as Branch Operations and Operations Risk & Regulatory Control (ORRC) to deliver a connected front-to-back view of Operations to ISG Sales & Trading.

FSL Operations supports Morgan Stanley's FID Secured Lending (FSL) Business and is responsible for the management, maintenance, and ongoing servicing of its warehouse and other credit facilities secured by collateral including mortgages, hard assets, and equity pledges. The team works with external clients as well as internal stakeholders across divisions (including the Business Unit deal team and asset management, Financial Controllers, Credit, and Legal) to support the business.
Core responsibilities of the role within FSL Operations include:
* Daily loan servicing including borrowing/funding requests, settlement/paydown processing
**Collateral review and management: load and review of daily custodial reports; coordinate with external document custodian on exceptions. Execution of collateral releases for the shipment of loan documents to investors purchasing loans off the warehouse line.
**Borrowing base management: monitoring warehouse line expiration dates, advance limits and deficiencies; coordinate with client and Business Unit as needed. Where applicable, coordinate with Credit and Business Unit on temporary exceptions
* Daily review of exception/break reports and taking appropriate actions to resolve
* Preparation and distribution of periodic interest & fees invoices
* Fielding other ongoing/ad hoc inquiries/requests from clients

Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
