Key Responsibilities: · Inspect hardware for quality and functionality. · Run test software and meticulously document findings. o Follow system prompts for testing process · Modify device programming as directed using company software tools · Accurately pack additional materials into device boxes per customer requirements · Escalate individual device functionality issues to leadership for disposition · Meet daily production targets · Willingness to provide feedback on process constraints/pain points Qualifications: · Sense of urgency · Proficient in computer usage and software applications. · Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in testing, packaging, and reporting. · Dependable and committed to delivering high-quality work. · Previous experience following production schedules or meeting production or fulfillment quotas. · Familiarity using software tools in production, fulfillment, or testing environments · Ability to adapt and react to changing priorities · Open to daily and weekend overtime as directed by management o Management will attempt to provide reasonable notice or plan (schedule) the overtime in advance to meet shipping requirments Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm Pay Rate: $15/hr. Bowser-Morner offers a full battery of physical and chemical testing on a wide variety of construction materials-including soil, aggregate, concrete, asphalt, stone and masonry-to tell you what you need to know about the construction materials you produce or use. We work closely with field technicians and engineers, contractors, producers, manufacturers, and regulatory agencies to validate the quality of materials, ultimately helping to reduce overall projects risks and protect our clients' bottom lines. Bowser-Morner's experienced and competent team strictly adheres to all applicable ASTM test methods, allowing us to serve as a trusted QA or QC source for materials testing. What You Will Be Doing You will receive on the job training for this entry-level position. You will work alongside an experienced CMT Testing Technician to learn how to perform a variety of test procedures used to evaluate the quality of construction materials including soil, aggregate, concrete, asphalt, stone and masonry.
