The Facets Platform Analyst will support system solutions by designing, implementing, and executing configuration strategies for a well-known vision insurance company's business clients as well as Medicaid and other government/healthcare programs. This role is approximately 60% hands-on configuration and 40% cross-functional collaboration, requirements gathering, and meeting leadership. The ideal candidate will confidently lead cross-functional meetings, capture business requirements, perform configuration, analyze data, and provide testing and troubleshooting support across multiple Medicaid implementations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and represent the configuration workstream in cross-functional meetings for large government implementations (Medicaid, Medicare, Med/Surgical).
Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
Design, build, prototype, and troubleshoot benefit configuration for Medicaid and other government programs.
Execute testing and validation for configuration enhancements and automated toolsets; perform claims testing in Facets.
Conduct data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting for configuration-related issues.
Build and run SQL queries to extract and review backend data.
Support automation initiatives and roadmap activities to improve configuration processes and tools.
Provide fit/gap analysis and assessments for new client plans and implementations.
Self-manage workload and meet SLA and KPI requirements.
Develop strong working relationships with business partners, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications-Required:
5+ years of experience in Healthcare/Benefits Configuration working with the TriZetto Facets platform
Strong SQL/database skills
Experience with medical benefit configuration and healthcare claims workflows
Ability to lead cross-functional meetings and represent the configuration function
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma/GED required

What you'll do as an ES&OP Analyst:
Demand Forecasting:
Collaborate with regional demand, sales, finance, and production teams to gather and consolidate forecast inputs.
Ensure that demand forecasts are fully vetted, reconciled, and ready for input into the S&OP process.
Review and adjust demand plans based on market trends, historical data, sales targets, and inventory levels.
S&OP Process Integration:

Establish and maintain a centralized platform where all regional demand forecasts are stored and consultable in real-time.
Implement and continuously improve demand planning tools and systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Ensure that demand forecast data is consistently available and up to date for decision-making across the organization.
Process Implementation and Continuous Improvement:
Design and implement a standardized global demand planning reporting, ensuring consistency across all regions.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and critical metrics to track forecast accuracy, historical trends, market analysis, and scenario modeling
Regularly review the effectiveness of the demand planning process and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with regional demand, sales and finance teams to ensure alignment on demand planning assumptions and inputs.
Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders to support an integrated and balanced approach to demand forecasting.

Location: Blue Ash, OH Employment Type: 1st Shift, Full-time, temp-to-hire Job Brief Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Network Operations Analyst Level 1 for our client. This role includes triaging and remediating incidents related to the company Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) services. This role is responsible for the overall stability, security and sustainability of company's WAN, LAN and Customer Facing wi-fi infrastructure. This role interfaces directly with end users, technology partners and internal technology teams.What's a Typical Day Like?
Leverage experience and knowledge of WAN, LAN and WLAN infrastructure to triage, diagnosis and remediate wireless infrastructure incidents
Technical Subject Matter Expert on company's customer facing network environments and operations
Leverage experience and knowledge of wide area network routing protocols and devices and local area network switching protocols and devices to triage, diagnosis and remediate WAN and LAN network alerts to insure availability and mean-time-to-repair service levels agreements are achieved
Provide first level and second network operations for all WAN, LAN and wireless related incidents, Experience with SDWAN platforms
Triage and remediate VSAT, cellular and wired and wireless WAN and LAN incidents
Recognize and appropriately escalate high priority incidents quickly to proper network level 3 team
Provide critical network incident conference call facilitation and assistance
Create and review network device and network system change procedures and documentation
Perform proactive maintenance on network routers, switches, wireless access points and other network equipment
Network device implementation support and assistance for new network devices
Experience with applications like ServiceNow ticketing, WhatUp Gold, and Arista/Aruba networks
Assist with standard network requests to assist ETMs (Enterprise Technology Managers) in new store standup and installations
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
3-5 years of experience working in network technologies
3-5 Experience with wi-fi and wireless infrastructures
Experience and knowledge of Network routing and switching protocols required
Good customer service skills required.
Experience in troubleshooting routers and Hewlett-Packard switches a plus
Familiarity and experience with SDWAN Platforms
Experience with Extreme Network wireless access points a plus
Highly motivated and service oriented
Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
Must be able to work within a team environment and/or individually
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills.
Previous experience with network monitoring tools a plus
Desire to learn new technologies and keep technical skills current
Strong communication skills both verbal and written required
Requires weekend coverage and night coverage
Experience in troubleshooting Linux based/Cisco/Arista network routers and Aruba/Cisco switches
Familiarity and experience with XIQ wireless access points
Experience with Aruba EdgeConnect SDWAN Platform
Experience and familiarity with Linux Operating system a plus
Previous experience with network monitoring tool
Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Communication skills.
