Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for database administration, data consolidation, data analysis and management reporting.
- Design database reports based on the requestor's requirements in support of key business strategies.
- Perform queries, data extraction, manipulation, and analysis to provide reporting solutions.
- Monitor customer usage, upgrades, and reporting tools; monitor queries and ensure security of various components.
- Create user guides and train on use of database reports, as necessary.
- Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
- Extract, tabulate, and analyze data to support program activity and assist management with decision making.
- Understand the data you're reviewing and analyzing the data to identify trends.
- Ability to translate the data into commentary.
- Creating presentations and leading client data presentations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excel and Smartsheet experience is required.
- Data visualization utilizing PowerBI and/or Tableau required.
- SQL skills preferred.
- Call center reporting experience required.
- Must be willing and able to accept a limited service position (approximately 8-12 months).

Enter all production reporting into MRP system. Develop, track, and report meaningful performance indicators that show the effectiveness of MRP and other control efforts.
Utilize MRP system to effectively create schedules based on run rules, demand, and planned maintenance work or other plant events.
Actively participate in the continuing improvement of MRP systems.
Coordinate with supply planning, production, quality and maintenance to produce an efficient schedule.
Own the production scheduling meeting by actively engaging with appropriate teams to build and present the best plan possible.
Resolve any production issues resulting from incorrect entries on the number of batches reported.
Maintain raw materials and packaging inventories. This includes creating purchase orders, monitoring transportation, reporting quality issues, and preventing expirations.
Produce and distribute all necessary reporting.
Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list.
Participate in the QRMP yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.
Build strong relationships with corporate supply and material planning, vendors, transportation team, and other Kraft departments, internal and external, to better ensure the success of department.
Drive operational efficiencies by ensuring inventory accuracy and material availability.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Summary
The Finance Project Analyst provides essential financial and administrative support to the finance project team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Essential Functions:
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports, consistently meeting monthly reporting deadlines.
* Communicate performance variances to management promptly and effectively.
* Clearly articulate assumptions and rationale during discussions and presentations.
* Maintain well-documented assumptions taken in Estimate to Complete (ETC) reports, stored in designated shared drives.
Knowledge:
* Project Accounting for Short Term Projects, or Long Term Projects that are classified as Non-Critical, or in the Warranty/Close Out Phase:
* Perform accounting tasks for projects within portfolio.
* Tracks project budgets and expenditures, and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
* Support project managers in monitoring project financial performance.
* Works with project team on cash management of project, including booking invoices and updating cash forecasts.
* Assist the project team to prepare financial reports and presentations to support the Management Project Review Cycle.
* Prepares financial reports and presentations related to projects to support the Finance Project Review Cycle.
Experience
* Ensure completeness of timesheets at month end.
* Maintain a monthly gap hours file and provide recommendation in terms of hours accrual.
* Reconcile hours between the time/attendance system and the ERP.
* Run monthly cost center actuals vs budget reports, coordinate monthly cost centers meetings with cost centers owners.
* Gather comments from department heads on personnel low utilization.
* Administrative Tasks:
* Oversee the maintenance and updating of process documents related to project finance, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
* Run bi-weekly cash review sessions with Project Directors and Senior Finance Project manager.
* Assist in the organization and upkeep of project files, both physical and digital.
* Provide general administrative support to the finance project team.
* Responsible for new project set-up and hand off to FPM and project team.
* Responsible for closeout of projects as assigned.
* Handle other special assignments and projects as assigned by management.
* Month End preparation tasks and downloading of month end financials from ERP system.
Skills:
* Accounting Skills: Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred) and MS Office, especially Excel.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions related to project finances.
Education:
* Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
* 1-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably with exposure to project-based accounting.
The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Rochester, NY is $65 to $95K per year. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry and education. Knorr Bremse is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations. The opportunity
EY's Analytics and Data team is seeking a Master Data Management Senior focusing on helping our clients define and drive data management strategy and technology implementation. This role requires a professional with an ability to assist in defining a master data management design- complemented by a solid track record of system delivery. The individual should be ready to guide clients through the adoption and implementation of advanced technologies.
In this role, you will design and apply comprehensive methods, practices, policies, tools, and processes to govern and control the entire lifecycle of data assets. You will perform maturity assessments on data management capabilities and advise on tools and roadmaps for implementation. Your understanding of business strategy in connection with the value of data at scale will be crucial.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Data Management and Strategy professional, you will be at the forefront of data governance and strategy, ensuring that data assets are protected and utilized effectively. You will spend your time on the following key responsibilities:
Designing and implementing data governance frameworks that align with business objectives.
Collaborating with stakeholders to build analytics solutions that deliver tangible business value.
Conducting maturity assessments to enhance data management capabilities across the organization.
Develop solutions to complex problems, including functional and technical design of master data management software
Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Guide clients in defining a data governance strategy including aspects such as data quality, data catalog, master data management, analytics use cases, date readiness for AI/ML, and systems alignment to leading ERP and CRM applications.
Data Integrity Assurance: Implement cutting-edge DQ tools and processes to maintain impeccable data standards throughout the infrastructure
Analytical Collaboration: Engage in meticulous requirement gathering, interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and collaborate with system analysts to develop comprehensive source-to-target mappings
Data Scrutiny: Conduct thorough examinations of data within source databases prior to migration into data warehouses and generate detailed technical specifications in alignment with BRDs
Lead multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and client satisfaction

To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree) in Engineering, Advanced Data Analytics, or a related technical or scientific field
Minimum of 3 years of direct involvement with MDM tools including SAP MDG and/or Informatica MDM
ERP implementation experience including full implementation cycles of SAP implementation with SAP MDG as a component
Typically, no less than 3 years relevant developer experience in master data management software.
Strong understanding of Data Governance principles.
Experience with Enterprise IT Architecture.
A valid driver's license in the US; willingness and ability to travel internationally to meet client needs
A track record of successful stakeholder engagement
Ideally, you'll also have

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $106,900 to $176,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $128,400 to $200,600.
