Develop innovative data strategies and reporting to enhance business profitability
Focus on TPS fee pricing strategies working with TPS Product to help determine standard fee pricing
Work with TPS Sales teams to evaluate exception pricing opportunities
Work with benchmarking and industry data to evaluate TPS fee pricing

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

Hours and Compensation
The salary range for the Management Analyst position is $77,997.76 to $105,296.98. The position is classified as full-time, exempt. Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Associate to join our People Operations team. In this hourly role, you will be the engine room of our daily HR operations, ensuring that our compliance requirements are met and our employees get fast answers to their questions. The Impact You Will Make
Workday Data Integrity: Serve as an owner of our People Data. You will meticulously process new hires, I-9 verification, job changes, termination and other employee transactions in Workday, ensuring 100% accuracy and data integrity.
Compliance & Claims Administration: Coordinate the administrative side of unemployment claims and worker's compensation cases (gathering documents, filing standard responses). Manage I-9 compliance, including handling reverifications and auditing for accuracy. Respond to background check inquiries and monitor clearance status.
Tier 1 Stakeholder Support: Act as a friendly and responsive first point of contact for inquiries from employees, contingent workers, and HRBPs regarding HR processes, policies, and system support. Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting support for Workday
Benefit Team Support: Serve as the first point of contact for benefits inquiries, guiding employees through Open Enrollment questions, helping them locate plan documents, and directing complex claims issues to our carriers or Benefits Manager.
Operational Support: Support your fellow People OperationsAnalysts and HRBPs by running regular and ad-hoc reports, auditing data for accuracy, and assisting with core People Team programs.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to our Workday and existing business processes, collaborate with People Tech team to make them more efficient, scalable, and user-friendly.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 1-2 years of relevant experience (strong administrative or HR experience are a huge plus!).
Extreme Attention to Detail: You catch the small mistakes that others miss and understand that data integrity is the foundation of everything we do. You can follow a workflow exactly and don't cut corners on compliance (I-9s, etc.)
Strong Technical & Analytical Skills: You have solid Excel skills (VLookups, Pivot Tables) and are comfortable manipulating data sets.
Customer-Oriented Mindset: You are proactive, resourceful, and a clear communicator, dedicated to providing excellent support to our stakeholders.
Preferred: Direct experience using Workday for HR data management.
Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome-and encouraged-to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

What You'll Do:
Maintain facility, vehicles and equipment to company standards.
Perform general equipment maintenance and mechanical work.
Load and unload trucks.
Operate loaders, fork-lifts, tractors and location equipment in a safe manner.
Blend dry and liquid fertilizer with automated blend systems.
Load and deliver product to customers and/or custom application equipment.

What You'll Bring:

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role, in S Deerfield, MA, is between $16.35 - $25.00 per hour. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
Our benefit package provides paid sick days. However, given the temporary nature of this role, this position does not participate in any other benefit, retirement savings or paid time off programs, nor any form of incentive compensation. This position is eligible for overtime and any pay elements required under local, state or federal law. Nutrien will comply with benefit and retirement regulations.

Job Description
The Analyst, Programmatic is responsible for campaign management activities such as campaign set-up, documentation creation and maintenance, QA, performance reporting and billing reconciliation. The Programmatic Analyst is responsible for identifying and implementing optimizations as approved by senior team members and clients. They provide input in the construction of client decks and status documentation.
This is a junior-level role requiring previous experience in programmatic or social media. This is a team dedicated to supporting new ideas, innovation that strongly values personal and professional growth and development and mentorship.
Responsibilities
Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) both independently, and in support of Campaign Managers
Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to programmatic best practices throughout the full programmatic campaign life-cycle
Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in team's shared document repository
Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns
Assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports
Contribute to the assessment of inventory availability and the formulation of proposals for new client opportunities
Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
Traffic campaign tags into ad exchange environments
Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance
Provide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners & actualize bill/pay systems when applicable
Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing
Qualifications
1+ years of experience within media buying, preferably programmatic or paid social
Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements
Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel
