This position supports the B2B eCommerce platform as a member of the Demand Solutions Team. The B2B Operations Analyst will lead and oversee the overall day to day site activities for the B2B eCommerce website to identify trends and optimizations that can bring efficiency to the website operations along with providing second level support. Additional responsibilities of the Resolution Analyst include creatively constructing written formal communication to members, multitasking and working with up to 15 various computer applications and documenting the issue and resolutions in the database, while adhering to the strict turnaround times established by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
