The Florida Department of Health in St. Lucie County (DOH-SL) is seeking candidates for a highly responsible position that will work under the direct supervision of the Public Health Services Manager at DOH-St. Lucie. The position, an OPS Senior Human Services Program Analyst, will work within the Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) grant as a Linkage to Care (LTC) Navigator assisting individuals in accessing services related to substance use disorder. The position will be based in St. Lucie County but serve both St. Lucie and Okeechobee Counties.
The position will provide education, outreach, and direct linkage to care services for people with opioid use disorder, substance use disorder, or co-occurring conditions. They will identify opportunities and barriers to accessing care and work with local medical, substance use treatment, and social service providers to identify resources, offer guidance to overcome challenges, create effective processes, and increase collaboration.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Provide outreach, engagement, referrals, warm hand offs, and care coordination services for individuals with substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders.
* Develop networks with external stakeholders and service providers to increase access to community-based resources.
* Work with internal and external agencies to assess and manage the referral processes to address necessary challenges for patients and providers.
* Coordinate with community partners to provide access to evidence-based supports and programs, including additional non-medical needs of individuals (for example, housing, employment, insurance, food, internet, etc.).
* Support persons engaged in care and conduct outreach to engage or re-engage individuals in care. This will include field work at hospital emergency rooms, neighborhoods in all parts of both St. Lucie and Okeechobee Counties, jail/prison settings, and other locations as needed.
* Work with public safety agencies in both St. Lucie and Okeechobee Counties to identify linkage to care resources for incarcerated persons and those leaving incarceration.
* Work as a part of a county health department, public safety agency, and community team dedicated to opioid and substance use prevention and harm reduction.

**What You Will Do:**
The Secure Computing Digital Technology team is looking for a motivated Enterprise Applications Analyst to work within our Application Services group.
The Enterprise Applications Analyst position works closely with customers and team members on application packaging, distribution, installation, configuration, testing, and support on various test and production networks.
The role will be responsible for a variety of application types including engineering and business applications.
This position will include support of enterprise PLM (product lifecycle management) and MES (manufacturing execution systems) deployed on various test and production networks. This position may require approximately 10% after-hours duties on a monthly basis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administration of Teamcenter Application Rich client, Active workspace, Teamcenter reporting and Analytics including, Volume, Dispatcher, and Web Tier Servers.
- Performing Teamcenter software releases, system upgrades, and patches.
- Troubleshooting issues in current Teamcenter implementation.
- Maintenance and upgrade support, platform administration, user support for MBSE applications and/or tools.
- Troubleshoot application issues by assessing interaction of multiple components such as software, network, data access, user environment, OS, licensing.

- Provide support for Digital Thread Enterprise Applications.
- Prepare and maintain User documentation.

**Qualifications You Must Have:**
- An advanced degree and 5+ years of experience in IT, including IT application project work; **OR** a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in IT, including IT application project work; **OR** an Associates Degree with 10+ years of experience in IT, including IT application project work; **OR** in lieu of a degree, 12+ years of experience in IT, including IT application project work.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
* Prepare and analyze proformas analysis and related financial documentation for each asset acquired by Division.
* Assist in financial feasibility analysis for each of the Division's acquisitions opportunities. Analyze gross revenue, profit margins, sources and uses of funds and related distribution projections, cash flow forecasts, break-even analysis, cost-basis and cost-of-sales analysis, return-on-assets, and internal rate of return.
* Evaluate competitive market by visiting sites as required and analyzing competitive pricing, features, costs, etc.
* Maintain market analysis database for use in project feasibility analysis.
* Assist in green folder process by drafting deal summaries and compiling underwriting and due diligence documents.
* Formulate budgets for assigned programs/projects and administer related vendor contracts, change orders, check requests and invoices. Prepare and periodically update annual objectives, budges, and schedules.
* In close cooperation with other management associates, "game" alternative business planning scenarios leading to a recommended "optimum" financial plan for acquisition opportunities.
* Recommend price/profit participation structures, price escalations/option payment schedules, interest rates, etc. to enhance financial returns of prospective acquisition targets.
* Perform asset sales pricing analysis (e.g., residual value analysis) and formulate/analyze financial deal points for each of the Division's disposition opportunities.
* Perform liaison's role with our Corporate Finance "customers" as needed to ensure that the Division is adhering to all financial strategies by providing financial analysis data in a manner that ensures easy use.
* Manage Joint Venture proformas, cash flows and other projects as needed.
Requirements
* College degree required, preferably in business, finance/accounting, land development, engineering, or related field. Experience in the field of homebuilding / land development related to finance or acquisition may substitute for this requirement,
* Minimum 2-4 years' experience in financial analysis, market analysis, land acquisition and development, or similar field is strongly preferred.
* Valid Driver's license and a good driving record
* Computer expertise, Microsoft Word and Excel required. Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and project scheduling software preferred.
