Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, ERP/CRM systems, or process improvement roles. Hands-on experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, including M365, D365 Sales, Business Central, Project Operations, Field Service, Power BI, and Power Automate.
