Support the Coupa Supplier Logistics function by managing day-to-day procurement and invoicing activities
Partner with technology and portfolio teams to generate purchase orders (POs) and ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
Review, validate, and match vendor invoices against purchase order line items prior to approval
Identify, resolve, and clearly communicate discrepancies related to purchase orders, invoices, or supplier documentation
Document Central Supplier Logistics (CSL) processes and methods to promote consistent and efficient workflows
Escalate issues, risks, and delays to leadership in a timely and appropriate manner
Collaborate with internal partners and cross-functional teams to support operational priorities
Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and documentation in all supplier-related activities

Position Summary

As the Security Operations Center (SOC) operates around the clock, this role requires participation in a rotating shift schedule. Shifts may vary in length, typically ranging from 8 to 14 hours, and will cover all hours of the day to ensure continuous operational coverage.

Monitor SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and other security tools for alerts and anomalies.

Conduct deep analysis of events using multiple data sources (e.g., SIEM logs, endpoint telemetry, network traffic).
Lead investigations involving advanced persistent threats (APTs), insider threats, or multi-stage attacks.
Perform root cause analysis and develop post-incident reports with tactical and strategic recommendations.
Create and tune detection rules and automation workflows within SIEM and SOAR platforms.
Monitor, detect, and analyze AI-driven attack techniques (e.g., prompt injection, data poisoning, model theft, adversarial input attacks).

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of operational cybersecurity experience, including work in a Security Operations Center (SOC), incident response, or similar security operations role.
Hands-on experience with core SOC technologies, including: SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel), SOAR tools for automation and orchestration, Endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions, Network IDS/IPS technologies, and Firewall administration and enterprise log analysis.
Experience developing and tuning detection capabilities, including writing correlation rules, alerts, and automated workflows within SIEM and SOAR environments.
Scripting proficiency (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation, custom detections, data parsing, and enrichment.
Knowledge of emerging AI-driven attack vectors, including prompt injection, adversarial machine learning techniques, data poisoning, and model extraction attacks.
Experience deploying or tuning AI-based security capabilities, such as anomaly detection models, AI-assisted triage tools, or LLM-driven threat analysis workflows.
Demonstrated incident response expertise, including triage, advanced threat analysis, containment, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reporting.
Familiarity with digital forensics tools, methodologies, and evidence-handling (endpoint, network, or cloud forensics).
Understanding of cloud security principles and monitoring within Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and/or Google Cloud environments, including hybrid infrastructure.
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in higher-education or complex enterprise environments, including research and administrative support, data-security compliance frameworks (e.g., FERPA, HIPAA, NIST 800-171), and the unique network/security challenges of university settings.
Relevant Industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CEH, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), or Certified SOC Analyst (CSA).

Your Specific Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for EMS Data Validation Oversight and Quality Assurance for electronic and aggregate reporting submitted by EMS agencies, including conducting training with DOH staff and agencies. It serves as a consultant to the Bureau on data collection processes, ensuring coordination and efficiency across administrative, programmatic, and operational aspects. The role supports audit protocols and user access management for data platforms and works closely with EMS Operations to improve data quality and service delivery. The position also collaborates with EMS agencies and ePCR vendors to implement system updates and process improvements.
Oversees data validation and quality assurance for EMS electronic and aggregate submissions. Tracks validated records, segments data by region and strategic measure, and submits summaries to regional coordinators. Evaluates rules and designs strategies to improve data quality. Monitors agency submissions and reporting. Submits performance data to regional coordinators, follows up on feedback, and manages the NEMSIS dashboard for demographic submissions.
Manages aggregate system access and reporting. Creates accounts for new agencies, uploads data on behalf of agencies, and monitors quarterly submissions. Supports new agency onboarding by sending welcome packages, confirming vendor setup, generating aggregate access, and updating agency tracking spreadsheets as well as generating data exports for agencies.
Conducts site visits with EMS providers to establish rapport and serve as a resource. Site visits include regulatory quality improvement monitoring and implementation of improvement processes, as well as sharing resources such as grants, training on data quality, and access to Quality Improvement data.
Develops and conducts training sessions for DOH staff and EMS agencies on data quality improvement.
Provides data reporting support. Produces reports for the EMS Unit and Bureau, and manages requests received via designated feedback channels.
Administers Biospatial user management. Conducts quarterly audits, deactivates inactive accounts, reviews access forms, and creates new user accounts.
Administers credentials and agreements. Generates EMSTARS credentials, maintains Data Sharing Agreements and Key User Forms, and completes onboarding for new agencies or key user changes.
Works in the State EOC during disasters to support evaluations, deployment, personnel, supplies, and medical support. Participates in planning committees and may deploy to the field before, during, and after a disaster.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
ASP., ASP.Net, VB Script, Visual Basics, SQL, Crystal Report Writer, and other DOH approved software.

Masters Degree preferred
