The SA3 is the final level of internal escalation for incident response on the MDR Operations team. As a Security Analyst Level 3 in the TekStream Managed Detection and Response (MDR) environment, they act as a liaison between security operations and engineering to advance our practice and drive us towards growth. There is a particular emphasis on the ability to identify Indicators of Compromise (IOC) and correctly recommend remediation; productively, efficiently, and with a high degree of accuracy. This core skillset is extended to include the guidance of SA2 and SA1 incident response. Related is the ability to leverage the technologies that are central to the TekStream MDR solution.
Role Responsibilities
Lead the response to escalated security incidents, providing advanced analysis and mitigation strategies.
Mentor and guide SA2 and SA1 in incident response procedures and techniques.
Conduct in-depth analysis of security incidents to understand the root cause and impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute incident containment and eradication.
Communication of threats and recommended remediation with customer Points of Contact (POC).
Develop and maintain incident response playbooks to ensure consistency in handling incidents.

Sales and use tax consulting firm looking for full-time help!
No sales involved. The work will initially consist primarily of data entry, with an opportunity for growth and development into more of an analysis role. Flexible hours you can tailor to your schedule. This full-time position requires someone with a high level of attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
There are 14 steps involved in our refund recovery process. The Junior Analyst's function is to be the primary stakeholder in 4 of those 14 steps. More information about those steps will be provided in the interview process.
Candidates should be able to commit to working 30+ hours per week in our Norcross office location. Additional work during the week can be done from your home, apartment, dorm, Starbucks, or any place you choose.
Compensation:
$17.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
Primary function is to assist the company in providing behind-the-scenes client support through the “finding money” aspect of the refund recovery process
A Junior Analyst is developing his or her skills, knowledge, and confidence to understand relevant tax law and how existing exemptions may apply to purchases being reviewed
Compiling data for sales and use tax overpayment reviews
Entering data into spreadsheets
Describing purchases and assigning them to appropriate categories
Preparing various reports for management, external and internal auditors
Typing and organizing info for refund filings
Analyzing invoices and data (some hard copies, others through web-based tools)
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Essential Functions: •Continuous Improvement - collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize warehouse systems for improved efficiency and operational service levels •Create processes and standard operating procedures leveraging current procedures from Lowe's
