Position Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related field and 2-4 years related business experience.
Experience working with internal company data and participating in enterprise-level projects.
Exposure to SAP applications, Analytical Platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, SQL).
Hands-on experience creating self-service tools/dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio)
Ability to learn new business processes, data models, and tools quickly.
Demonstrated significant initiative and leadership in prior roles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. The I-care analyst will be responsible for providing condition monitoring services as directed by management. The Analyst coordinates and assists scheduling work as necessary as well as assembles and maintains technical data and reports as required by the client and I-care. The I-care analyst will be responsible for providing condition monitoring services as directed by management. The Analyst coordinates and assists scheduling work as necessary as well as assembles and maintains technical data and reports as required by the client and I-care. The Analyst will be accountable for overall safety, including ensuring compliance with all I-care, client, OSHA, and all other applicable standards to the facility that they are servicing.
