Required Education:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree.

Description: Run consignment reports, initial report and then as requested (52 regions, 1, 573 consignment locations, of which 267 are hospitals, 86K implantables). Inventory Team maintenance in Workbench (team members have visibility to the others inventory). Confirm consignment agreement. Answer questions from the field regarding discrepancies in the data. Open help desk tickets or routing inventory resolution requests to customer service. Process transfers, write offs, etc. With reconciliation data. Train field on inventory management. Update expiring email blast to meet current requirements and requests from management. Update termed rep reconciliation process.

You will be the operational backbone of our sales development efforts, enabling our SDRs to perform at their highest potential.
As a member of the Marketing Operations team, you will partner cross-functionally with demand generation, sales operations, data engineering, and leadership teams to design and execute initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and accelerate revenue growth.
What you'll do:
Production reporting: Develop, implement, and maintain unified and comprehensive reporting that accurately tracks SDR performance metrics and KPIs
Pipeline forecasting: Create reliable forecasting models to predict pipeline generation and conversion rates. Lead weekly forecast updates to ensure corrective actions are implemented as early as possible.
Process improvement: Continuously analyze SDR workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in their systems or processes; design and implement improvements, including project management of cross-functional efforts.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Ops teams to align SDR operations with broader organizational goals while also ensuring SDR requirements are appropriately prioritized in their roadmaps.
Performance management: Monitor team productivity and individual performance metrics; develop strategies to improve conversion rates and efficiency. Provide guidance on resource allocation and rebalancing.
Training support: Identify skill gaps through data analysis and help develop targeted training programs to address them
Systems management: Closely monitor our SDR tech stack, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement solutions that enhance SDR productivity
What will you need to have?
5+ years of experience in sales or marketing operations, specifically supporting SDR/BDR teams in SaaS environments
Proven track record of improving SDR team efficiency and productivity through operational excellence
Expert-level proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, Power BI)
Experience implementing and optimizing sales technology solutions
Strong understanding of pipeline management and forecasting methodologies
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $90,000- $109,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate's work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis' total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions.
