Direct the team's in-arena show on the floor on game nights to maximize the experience for all fans in attendance. Assist Director of game operations with managing all game presentation and fan events staff, including but not limited to public address announcer, video board operators, music operator, lights, ice-level promotions staff, mascot and others. Collaborate with the team's Head of Production/Technical Director to ensure the team's video board and broadcast product brings to life the in-arena experience. Plan and activate arena lobby and other on-site experiences for fans attending home games and other special events. Collaborate with other departments to secure sponsor/promotional elements including scripts, videos, giveaways, props, prizes and more. Bring theme nights to life by leading development of promotional activities and book characters, special guests, and event partners. Qualifications: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in live event presentation/promotions. Hockey experience is a plus. Dynamic and performance-driven, with interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire others across the organization at multiple levels. Confident & creative thinker with strong experience in brainstorming and developing unique promotional strategies. Demonstrated ability to lead a large group of staff or volunteers. Team player willing to assist in all other areas of the business operation. Excellent project management skills and attention to detail. What You'll Be Doing The Technical Integrator - FUME/HSE is an integral part of delivering, maintaining, and supporting products and solutions in a way that drives business value. The Technical Integrator helps enable business effectiveness by identifying opportunities in or across business areas for leveraging technology, process, or information. The Technical Integrator identifies systems requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. He or she serves as thought leader, influences evolution of internal IT standards, adoption of new technologies, enhancement of existing systems, and process changes. How You'll Succeed * Must have a combination of technical and soft skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement by engaging with the FUME and HSE Business Partners and/or Sites to proactively seek opportunities to deliver business value * You will utilize your technical expertise to design, develop, implement, improve, and maintain IT tools employed by the FUME and HSE teams. This includes configuring the tools and managing their interaction to support business processes. * Must have a strong understanding of corporate computer system validation requirements according to Lilly Quality Standards to lead the definition or design reviews and gathering of requirements and provide business process subject-matter expertise to developers to ensure traceability of requirements. * Must conduct testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of user acceptance testing and acceptance criteria are essential to ensure system reliability and data integrity. * Must evaluates the application lifecycle against the solution architecture roadmap and makes appropriate retirement/replacement recommendations. * Ensures that incident, problem, configuration, and change/release management are all done with alignment and understanding of business need and activities to meet quality and compliance standards. * Lead, manage and participate in small projects, understanding business impact, quantifying resources, evaluating technical options and delivering results on time. * Support business in a technical capacity with application and platform configuration, data accessibility and integration design, and BI reporting. * Leverage an agile mindset and framework for the entire solution lifecycle including designing, implementing, automating, modernizing, maintaining, and optimizing solutions. * Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers. What You Should Bring * Knowledge of or experiencing using distributed solutions, commercial configurable software (COTS) suppliers, Software as a Service (SaaS), Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and business intelligence. * Ability to review and design data integrations and leverage tools to derive insights from said data. * Demonstrates self-motivation and the ability to work independently, taking initiative to identify and solve problems without needing constant supervision. * Ability to plan short programs and projects at a task level that can be successfully executed. * Effective analytical, problem solving and investigative skills, with a motivation to deliver. * Ability to influence others to adopt different point of view or concept. * Knowledge of solution delivery and service support/management processes * Experience in IT solution development, business analyst role (such as coding, validating, testing, implementing) * Experience working in a large organization across organizational levels and in a multicultural environment. * Experience with cloud technologies (AWS and /or Azure), advanced data analytics, and modern data platforms, including proficiency in Power BI and familiarity with data fabric / data bricks architectures Your Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related technical field or Engineering. * Minimum of 4-6 years' experience IT and/or Engineering. . The anticipated wage for this position is $64,500 - $151,800 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
