Possess a valid state driver's license.
Be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs.
Contractors shall be proficient in the Microsoft office suite, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and SharePoint 2007 and 2010 (or higher).

Experience in JCIDS or SOFCIDS requirements generation processes and POM processes (preferably experienced with the Navy).
